A tad racist, but that's how I used to identify them when I first saw their faces. The bottom one doesn't exactly look Japanese to me at least, maybe Korean or Chinese on one of her parents' side but not exactly a thoroughbred Japanese.
Could anyone either confirm or deny?

I checked their names on Google Images and what the search yielded doesn't seem to match their appearances in either cases. More to the point, what Google turned out were mildy good-looking girls. The ones I posted are, not to put too fine a point on it, not so much...

The pictures you saw were probably done on some photoshooting and are probably heavily photoshopped as well. The pic you posted is a screencap from some tv show, maybe that's the difference.

Guess so. Sometimes I wonder why agencies keep knocking themselves out to make their poster girls look good on the glossy paper when all it takes to dispel all this smoke and mirrors is a public appearance.
