That was in Aladdin (or, in one of the hundreds of versions out there. It was in the illustrated Aladdin book I had as a kid). IIRC the wicked uncle used that wish once he got his hands on Aladdin's lamp, and he and the genie switched places. Then Aladdin got the lamp, and the villain was forced to grant him wishes.
