I know /jp/ likes Hidamari Sketch, but why?

The only reason why I like is because I am also an art student, and I can relate to some of the things that they do. But why does everyone else here like it?

Because I lead a sad and lonely existence, occasionally I like to indulge myself in the lives of non-existent characters who lead happy lives and have nice friends. It makes me feel warm inside.

Then the show ends and I realize I will never be that happy. Brb gonna go kill myself.
