My boyfriend does, though neither of us have met anyone else who's heard of Touhou. I'm not sure which of us is better though, I can get through most of Imperishable Night's Extra while he can't make it to the boss... But he can clear most of them games without using a continue, which I've never done. I think it's because I can only play Touhou well for about 15 minutes, then I get sloppy.
