Highlander doesn't have exactly 7 and doesn't have Masters/Mediums.
Also, Highlanders just kill each other forever until there's 1, while the HGW can end with nobody dying (though this is a failure in the eyes of Einzbern, see HF1), and like half the dolls have forsaken the Alice Game anyway.
