Umineko Episode 3 Ending - Never saw it coming, and I sat there for a full minute grinning like an idiot after I read it.

Narcissu Ending - Closest I've ever come to baww'ing at a VN.

Anything in Ever17 that plays Karma - That song gets me everytime no matter how forced the situation is ;_;

Fate/Stay Night - Berserker fight in the forest in the Fate route. Even with the plot device that got pulled out of Shirou's ass, it still got my blood pumping.

Umineko Rosa fighting goats - What the fuck, Rosa is surprisingly a badass.

Shirou vs Archer fight. Adding more fights than I thought I would.

Some of mine have been mentioned already, but heres mine

G-Senjou no Maou: the ending, now that's a ending (haven't played Swang song yet tough)
Sharin no Kuni: Natsumis confession and the rooftop speech and everything related to it, also some other smaller minor bits.
Ever17: Mirror Scene for HOLY FUCK
Muv-Luv Unlimited: Liked the whole island test and Tama sniping that shuttle.
Muv-Luv Alternative: Marimo chomp well that one was a bit shocker, the whole thing with Sumikas memory after that, and the whole Yokloholma base assault from a bit before it started till it's ending or hell everything from that point till the end minus the ending itself. And varioud small scenes here and there.
Baldr Sky: SORAAAAAA, you know it's coming but still it's well done and I didn't think it would happen in that way
FSN: Kinda liked the Shirou vs Gilgamesh and Kotomine bits in HF
Umineko: End of episode 2 and 3, and various small bits here and there.
Ayakashibito: The ending fight in Tonyas route, and some other fight scenes were nice.

From Kagetsu Tohya, is the scene where Shiki speaks with SHIKI. That was really touching.

I liked the CG that panned to the left, of Doc with her Sawn-off.

The ending if you choose to see normally again was very touching as well.
