The name is simply wrong because it's not normally what you'd call someone. "This person is a physically disabled person". It's unnatural in itself since it's ignoring common phrases and going for a stab in the dark with literal translations.
Also it's in Japanese, when the game is in English. Just fucking pathetic. Why would you go through the trouble of making it in English if you're just going to ignore the community that's been creating VNs.
