Ok, I'm perfectly honest here.
Sacchin's tragic story made me cry and the whole scene where Shiki kills her is one of the most touching moments TYPE-MOON ever wrote.

But the whole spirit of the moment comes from the distant love and desperate situation. Sacchin herself thinks she can only be worthy of Shiki's attention by being a monster, while Shiki tries to live in denial of his powers.

Did Shiki love her? No, but I think nothing in the world has made him regret more than not saving this girl.

Anyway, Arc as shown in the two near side routes and Akiha overall have both more interesting sides and are easier to be lovable. Kohaku beats her in intrigue. Thus, she is only better than Hisui.
It's not that she is bad, quite the contrary, and her route may be the best. But she lacks unique factors to draw you in, and her relationship with Shiki lacks something during it's development ( the transition to acquaintances to such a close bond is a bit blurry)
