There is a few songs from every eroge that I really like

clannad disc 1: 02(and alternate version on disc 3: 01)
Princess waltz: 19&20
Fate/Stay: Emiya, Kie nai omoi
Umineko: All 3 marionette songs

etc. etc., point being every eroge has a few good songs. Doubt I'll ever be able to classify one as "the best".

Most of Crossnet's games seem to have pretty good music. I'm playing Ayakashi right now, some of the music is really awesome, especially the OP song, but also a couple of the BGMs. I ripped the ones I like and they're in heavy rotation now.
