If you have the game, put in My Documents\TechArts3D\TDCG\ and rename the file something.tdcgsav.png

Just found the lifelike texture ;_; skin, which is TAC1402. Look for the fuckhuge torrent of 3dcg mods, disable all files and pick just this one.
