Deleted and ban all of the otaku related topics in jp for a week.

Watch real content about japan streaming in without constant reposts.

Allow otaku topics again unless they are not about specific japanese topic or are reposts such as Japanese Bird, Generic Touhou Thread or Any Common Topic With One Loosely Japan Related Thing In It.
