I managed to export all the bmp and script files in Recettear and I was looking for another game to take apart.

There's this. Haven't heard of anything more, not even anyone trying to do a preemptive hacking job. If you know how to extract the files from the dll files and repack them then go for it; a hackable game is slightly more likely to get a full translation

A full translation of Recettear will probably never happen, but you could use agth with the parameter /c /kf /HSN+5C@477B66 /pnrecettear.exe
The only problem with that texthook is, that the dialog string gets displayed like this :
a ab abc abcd ...
and most clipboard translators will have some difficulties with that .
