I like Yuyuko. Why?

She elegantly proves that most people are incapable of seeing something below the apparent surface. A minute trick of hilarity and distraction, then everyone is so busy making jokes about her apparent hunger that they can't see her nigh-clairvoyant lock on the source of trouble.

The way Yuyuko sees trouble brewing before any sign of it should be unnerving, but the tiniest bit of distraction can divert the attention of masses of people.

They're not really 'evil' per se, but they are opposites of each other. Suika is tiny and flatchested, Yuugi looks like Pam Anderson. Chen is sweet and cute, Orin is an experienced seductress and a necromancer.

Or in some cases, they're the original characters turned up to eleven. People said that Reimu was stupid, short-tempered, and bitchy, so ZUN made Reiuji in that exact image.

Remilia is hardly evil. The only time she really caused any trouble or harm was with the Scarlet Mist, when she wanted to simply go outside in the day. That's just a selfish wish born in solitude, not malicious.

The only ones that can claim evil ambition or actions in all of Touhou are Mima and Okuu.
