Same for me, except that in most cases *all* of the text isn't really as vital. Usually when I'm playing something in Japanese, hit a H scene and haven't fapped in a while I just switch to auto mode... I'll usually miss some of the non-voiced parts since I'm a slow reader but that's better than having to click through it

I fap to all h-scenes in VNs. The writing quality is pretty consistent across all VN h-scenes: good enough to fap to but that's about it. So I don't really have any favorites but I like Nasu because his crazy metaphors keep things interesting.

KanoTsuku mostly because of the voice acting and the dialogue. Especially if your custom char turned into a slut and she seduces other people.
