So I was cruising along, getting to ６級 on the ranking system, when all of a sudden, this popped up. I put the text through Babelfish and got something that said "go to link". So I went to the link (can't say where because it reveals my ID which is used to log in), and I translated the text there, which said something along the lines of "payment in circles required to keep playing moonrunes"

You mean you have to PAY in order to keep a registered ID on tenhou?

Do you not understand what "Windows client" means? It's a separate program (that does NOT run inside your browser in Flash) with slightly prettier graphics.

It's odd. I play in 7447, and the message pops up for a second and disappears, but when I play in 0000, the message just stays there. Does this mean I can't play with Japs anymore without paying out monies?
