So, this is my first time entering /jp/. Hope it'll be worth it.

To start with, I'm an femanon. Recently my bf was obsessive about me reading Fate Stay Night, so I did, because it's not like I had anything to do and Might've as well sit playing L2 for a week. Initally I have only wanted to make him happy an to have some more stuff to talk with him about, but it turned out the funny way. You see, I was quite sceptical at first. I have played a few BL visual novels before and honestly, the bishies were fine but the story sucked. One could as well download the whole image gallery from the internet, and being told this has sroryline as great as fantasy books of the greatest authors, It seemes silly to me. Yet, as I found out, Fate Stay Night really is friggin' awesome.
My feelings about it, well... I'm Rin, pretty much. I really hoped she would stay the main character all along. The reason why the pic is related is that this situation fits me and my sister quite well, though that's not something to blabber about here. Also, this has an insane amount of slash potential. It actually can't even be called a hentai game, since in most fantasy books there is more sex than here, though in FSN it is A LOT more explicit. There even is more men than women, even though it's a hentai game. The fact that there is so little BL doujins and fanarts of it makes me a sad fujoshi.

And going from here, the only reason why I liked Fate was the fact that I had hots for Saber... And as a matter of fact, the first h-scene was the only one I even partially liked liked(cuz Rin's reminded me of mine first and Sakura is possibly the worst whore I've ever seen, hentai incuded). About Unlimited Blade Works, well... let's just say that Archer is hot as hell. It was worth it for him. I also liked Shirou not acting like an idiot(or acting like the bravest idot ever) and came to like him, which I didn't in Fate. I liked UBW because it wasn't so damn romantically naive as the first one. An about Heaven's Feel, well, that is indeed a climax. I never thought I would develop a liking for an older man as Kotomine is(though he is a lolicon, srsly). About Sakura I already spoke. BUT. HF reminded me of my own life. It was the "real" route.

So. Are there any others VN's you think I would like, being a female and all?
If you'd post some FSN shonen-ai, I'd appreciate it, but I don't think it's possible that would happen.

I agree wholeheartedly with your premise, but I only partially agree with your reasons.

One of the main reasons that women involved in anime and the like are horrible is that they are more interested in the fanbase than the anime itself. They will usually watch a popular show that is crap just to write bad fanfiction about it and do other faggy things like that. This is also shown in the way that they often will go through phases. A female anime fan may like Naruto for a year, then Death Note for another, maybe Code Geass next, etcetera. This shows that they do not really care about the original work. For these reasons, female anime fans are essentially eternal newfags. You touched upon this in your post but I thought that it wasn't as accurate as it could have been.

Good anime fans are overwhelmingly male. This likely stems from the basic biological differences between men and women. Women enjoy the shallow social aspect, while men tend to be the true, devoted fans. That is not to say that outliers do not exist, of course. There is a sizable amount of shitty male fans as well. You also may find a rare female fan that is truly dedicated to the medium. (On a side note, many female anime fans believe themselves to be this type, while they are very much not).

I also agree that the overwhelming majority of female anime fans are sluts. I disagree in opinion with some of the other posters in this thread on the subject of male sluts. I believe that promiscuous behavior is deplorable in both sexes.

Pretty sure the sequels come with another women, too, right? As far as I know, there are six main heroines there, one main char and two antagonists are male, one of the bad guys is the monster kind, though he might have some potential for the tentacles, which I am sadly not really interested in.
