2476967 No.2476967 [Reply] [Original]

The Japanese government has officially adopted the British National Party's policy of humane voluntary repatriation by offering foreigners cash grants to go home on the understanding that they never attempt to enter that country again.

With the global economic crisis showing few signs of abating and Japan's unemployment spiking to a three-year high of 4 percent, authorities have introduced a plan that provides immigrants with handouts of Y300,000 plus Y200,000 for each dependant, if they leave the country.

The first applicants received their cash from the controversial scheme this month.

There are around a third of a million Brazilians living in Japan. Many of those who are taking up the offer to leave are second-generation residents who are faced with no work and no opportunities. They have welcomed the chance to return home subsidised in that manner.

This reflects BNP policy to the letter, and is confirmation that BNP party policy is modern, democratic and perfectly in line with international norms.

Japan is adopting the sensible approach of protecting its national identity and its workforce by putting its own people first, as should any normal, healthy government.

It is about time that Britain gets a healthy government which puts its own people first.

The hilarious thing is that Japan is one of the oldest populations in the world, and its only hope for any real growth is to get more people to move there. So Japan is fucked because it's fucking itself. Beautiful.

And Japan doesn't have any racial/ethnic tensions that a lot of other countries are currently dealing with. Don't be so quick to condemn, maybe they're onto something.

Those evil Japanese. How dare they look after their native citizens at the expense of foreigners.

And paying them to return to their own countries... despicable!

They're also becoming increasingly nationalistic and xenophobic. So is China. And a lot of the nationalist sentiments are targeted against each other. Do you see where this is going?

I hate when people say
>[x] policy is [...] democratic
Any policy is democratic if the people vote for it. Whatever it is. Open immigration, closed-country policy, feudalism, communism, annual Battle Royale murder competitions. If we vote for it.

And only where they vote for it. What's democratic in Japan isn't necessarily the democratic thing to do elsewhere.

Seriously though, doesn't Japan's system of not allowing much immigration at reduce their potential productivity by excluding from their output those talented individuals who would, if given the option, work in Japan?

Hate to break it to Japan, but sending home foreigners wont solve their economic problems.

But this isn't about solving problems, its about getting votes.

>> No.2477671

That's all politicians ultimately care about. Well, the ones in the countries where votes have some semblance of importance, at least.

The only solution government can enact to economic woes is to do as little as possible. Don't inflate the money supply, don't bail out businesses, don't start wars.
