Split into pieces is not destoryed completely.

Reimu said extermination isn't a permanent solution, so they'll come back, just takes time.

If we look outside Touhou and look at the legends dealing with youkai, then yes, they can be eradicated permanently, since supernatural does not infer indestructibility and immortality.

They won Yuka but Yuka also won Reimu/Marisa in Pofv(shitty roster game)
But Yuka only won Reimu/Marisa,Shinki and Sikieiki.
Also, If she "can" won other characters or not, I don't care, I care if she won.

Also, if you count the quantity of bosses that Reimu/Marisa won in comparation with Yuka, Yuka don't have a chance if fight again with Reimu/Marisa.
