Any anons have any tips for a trip to akiba (2-3 weeks, around juneish(yes I know it's peak season))

-Never been there before
-Know enough moon to generally understand what is going on
-Money is not THAT big of an issue
-I'm going with a friend, who is indifferent to anime (doesn't watch it though)

That's a pretty kick-ass ride there.

.. Akiba may scar your indifferent friend. It's male-otaku happy aka lots of the nudey models and hell... even little girl porn. K-Books is a good store to go to first as it does a good job of separating the creepy shit from the generic goods.

Nakano mall is in some ways even better than Akiba for nerdy goods... a load of specialty stores in one area.

But if you have any specific questions on Akiba, ask away... went there last summer.

I don't think he will have a problem with the anime overload/hentai/random shit. He been reading /b/ for a long time now, and (randomly) his brother set his boot screen as some random hentai pic, yet my friend doesn't really care, so that's not THAT big of a deal. Though, I still don't know why he wants to go, and neither does he. Oh well.

Fuck. I originally had some questions but I can't remember them anymore. I don't even really have any goals or particular plans, I figured I was just going to go and wing everything.
