The VN is only really worth playing for the Fujiyabashi Twin route and a few of the minor characters that didn't really get much time in the anime.
Tomoyo is the only other good route but they did a pretty good job of summarising that in the OVA they did, so if you've seen that you've pretty much played her route.

Yes, it's completely translated. However, quality isn't always perfect; you'll sometimes get odd translations, and After Story also features some odd grammar at times.

Also, be prepared to be called Okazaki during the Nagisa route regardless of what you actually chose as the protagonist's name.

It's 99.99% translated, but understand that clannad has a *lot* of text in it.

I've been trying to get voice patched clannad to work. It installs fine, and runs with a partial translation up to April 26th. However, I try to run with the latest seen.txt (or any of the other files from the assembla site), and the game just shows this. No 'key' loading screen or anything. The translation is fine. Everything except for the menus is translated, and you should be able to figure that out quickly enough. The full translation patch is never coming out so don't bother waiting for it.
