He's randomly throwing out midheight Yuyu j.a to counter your jumpin attempts, (maybe) because he knows you're throwing yourself at him aggressively in an attempt to knock him out of the air. However, Yuyu's j.a is so incredibly slow that if whiffed you get to act for free. Fake out your jump, or delay your time in the air with an airdash, and _then_ smash his face in, to force him to mix it up. Once he does that you're free to blockade his movement with 2C/f.2B.

Naked, unplanned melee will get you CH'd over and over again, no matter who you fight: You only win if you are faster than the opponent, and in a neutral situation you simply must outthink the opponent.
