Added more vehicles with skins and handling configs. Plus Mystia's Food truck is now driveable. Just drag and drop and add a few lines to the modloader meta.xml.

Some cool maps that are MTA ready if you are interested.
Though some changes will be needed so that the map doesn't conflict with the overworld like how the tokyo map originally did.
Also some are quite large size digitally so keep that in mind.

If you're having difficulty finding a 1.0 version in particular, I'd suggest using a 1.0 downgrader. Alternatively replacing the gta_sa exe with a 1.0 one should do the trick just as well too.

My work on gamemodes recently gave me an idea about this. Technically you should be able to have multiple instances of the same object ID: one that is replaced, and one that is unreplaced. In other words, you can use only a single object ID to replace separate objects or alternatively replace objects only within a designated locale such as Tokyo. Not only would this prevent object conflicts within the vanilla SA map, but it also means that a single object ID can be used for multiple different objects eliminating the need to hunt for unused object IDs.

It's only a theory, but I'm near-certain it will work. As more custom map objects are added running out of IDs to replace might be a real issue, so this should alleviate that. At least until the ability to add new object IDs is added (which might be a while, the 1.5.8 update alone is already overdue by an entire month and the devs are apparently low on manpower at the moment). I've admittedly been a bit fried myself lately, but I'll try to test this theory in the near-future. If my logic is correct then I think it'll be a really handy tool.

What are you trying to do specifically? The files included in the pre-install are merely client-side files downloaded when you join, you can't actually host your own server with them if that's what you mean. The "customized GTA files" option makes it so any changes you made to your GTA3.img will show up in servers, if the server allows it.

Largely playing around with more involved projects. Most of them are listed in the last thread, but off the top of my head:
-fixed vehicles and radios spawning on other dimensions
-added several new experimental gamemodes that are being developed
-Made a variation of danmaku bullets that won't spam the chat every 5 seconds (still needs individual colors to be synced to the server though)
Some other small stuff like disabling zone names and the most requested feature - hugging animations, were played around with a bit too.
