2man 3man 4pin 4pin (draw 4man = yeah, no multiplier)

you discard the 2,3 or 4man and either make a Pon with 4pin or a dual pon wait.

You don't discard 4pin and thereby ruin any chance you may have had to win.

A winning hand consists of 4 sets of three of a kind and 1 pair or alternately 7 pairs.

So basically just match like tiles together of the same suit.. Example: Bird, Bird, Bird or 5 dots, 5 dots, 5 dots. With the number tiles you can also build a set of three in consecutive order. For example: 1, 2, 3 or 4, 5, 6, or 7, 8, 9.
