Blue is NOT the destruction spells Aoko loves to sling around. The coincidentally-blue-colored attacks she uses are merely the magic of her hyper-efficient Magic Circuit.

The true identity of Blue has not been revealed. It has been implied that it's not very useful in direct combat, however.
