You know, a popular linguists' hobbyhorse is how transliterating a given name from Cyrillic to Latin alphabet can more often than now generate a multitude of different writings, though all consistent which each other reading-wise.
You'll be surprised, for instance, at how many ways Чайковски can be transliterated into Latin alphabet. Nevertheless, "Tchaikovsky" and "Czajkowski" amount to the exact same pronounciation, "ti" and "chi" don't.
