So at first glance, I immediately eliminated the bottom left and the bottom right. Short hair looks too much like a little boy and I never found the exposed forehead to be attractive at all. This is when things get difficult.

Bottom middle is your default girl with hair down. Nothing wrong but nothing spectacular. I suppose I could eliminate it simply because it doesn't stand out.

The top left is very neat with the hair tied back straight behind. For some reason, I find that very uninteresting on anime characters, so that'll get the boot. However, the peach and leaf tie are an amazing accent.

That takes us to miku tenshi and single tail tenshi. As much as I like the asymmetry in single tail tenshi, there's something about the twin tails that always gets to me. Normally, I prefer them a bit shorter, but having hair like only makes a cute girl even cuter.

Top middle wins.
