Hey /jp/, if you could be 'cured' of your obsession/lust/healthy interest in Japan and Japanese culture, would you, and why?
Personally, I'd keep my healthy interest, because I'd feel cheated out of myself otherwise

i dont want to be cured. I suck socially so bad that i really like having an interest in things like VN:s, touhou, anime, manga, etc. If i lost my interest in japanese things, id just play some video games..

now that i think about it..it might be the case. I mean, i feel really happy when there are good anime shows airing or some translation going ot finish soon, i just feel like everything i look forward to is related to my ''obsession''. And i feel really bad when there is nothing to wait ;_;
