OP is talking about Shiki Tohno not Shiki Ryougi, it really shows that the extent of your knowledge of Type Moon other than Fate is KnK.

The problem is Tohno Shiki is one of the few Type-Moon characters with clearly defined limits, you can't just pull "aktually I'm an eldritch being" out of your ass with him. I guess there's a few things you could do with MEODP that would make how crazy powerful beyond what he already is, but I don't think Nasu will do it just because it's TOO retarded even for Fate.

I'm almost certain there is a scene to the contrary in the VN. Half of what Nasu has said about Tsukihime in the last 15 years directly contradicts things in the Visual Novel.

That doesn't sound wrong. I get the feeling that once KnK came out, their view on Tsukihime was internally revised in order to separate the two. If, God forbid, the remake ever comes out, we'll know exactly how extensive that is.
