You still living with your parents implies that you haven't settled down on the world yet. If you have had the change to move on your own but haven't done it, it just means that you don't feel like you need to and continue to live with your parents who take care of you. Most young people at the 18~ age atleast feel that it's a sign of independence and maturity to live on your own. People over the age 20 still living at home are seen as weird, and they aren't really respected on the social ladder.

And then the make the huge mistake of moving out on their own, only to find out that it's hell to be able to support yourself at 18.
Then they either keep on living alone and never go to college or move back and go to college.
I don't plan to move out until I'm at least 22, after I've completed college and found a job, I can't believe the number of idiots who move out when they are still kids.

Yes thats partially right if you're trying to be a wannabe psychologist. The problem is that I live in a Country where work is hard to find, even with the best education and grades. Also my fault, I had assumed that € had the same worth as USD. 800€ = about 1100$.

If you're not particularly uncomfortable with the idea of living with someone you don't know, you could always get a roommate or two. Instead of $800/month you'd be paying $350-$400.

(Yes, more bedrooms = higher rent, but even $100 per extra bedroom is very high. Plus your utility bills won't increase proportionally, so you save by splitting those bills too.)

Though personally I would think of living with a normal person I don't know to be a step down due to the lack of comfort + decrease in privacy.
