Which 2hu has the best breast milk in terms of:
-Taste
-Nutritional value
-Consistency
And which has the worst? What is your favorite 2hu's like?

-Taste: Taste can be a subjective thing. One factor that could be influence it is how much you love each 2hu. In my case, for example, finding Sakuya's, milk not tasty seems like a absurd thing. I might be wrong here, but the experience should also depend on my mood, or by how much I yearn for it, at a specific moment.

-Nutrition Value: Mommy 2hus like Ran, Junko, Shinki, etc. would be higher on the list, because, well, they're mommies. Their milk is designed to be nutritious for their precious children.

-Consistency: This aspect is more complicated and since I'm not really knowledgeable about breast milk and the whole biology behind it, I can't provide anything of value. Perhaps, the breast/lactation expert /jp/sie might be able to post useful information regarding that.

The consistency of the breast milk is related to the 'fullness' of the breast whilst also being slightly influenced by the body mass index, there being a positive correlation between a higher BMI and a higher concentration of fat in breast milk. By "fullness" it is meant by the total volume of milk that is stored in the breast. The emptier the breast, the higher the fat content as the globules of fat are pushed out of the milk ducts, thus the milk is more creamy/thick!

Maybe, there are a bunch of factors in play but last I recall the impact of BMI is very minimal with regards to the macronutrient contents. What is more significant is how long the woman breastfeeds her child. It's been observed that women who have been breastfeeding for 2 years or more have much higher concentrations of fat and protein in their milk than those who have only been breastfeeding for 1-12 months. The volume of fat is effectively doubled! So whoever breastfeeds more often will be more likely to have thicker milk.

ran has the most well rounded taste, along with peak nutritional value, however marisa has a pretty unique flavor i am partial too personally. moku shockingly is the most consistent, but that come at the cost of taste and nutrition. all and done tho, if i had to pick one, i would go with patchouli for good all round stats and a very cooperative pair of teats.

I don't think Cirno or Letty would produce cold breast milk. Letty can freeze objects and make winter colder but her powers don't work in non-snowy areas while it's theorized that Cirno makes things cold by warming up inside, or something like that so it wouldn't surprise me if neither of them could produce something cold from inside.
