well, the thing about Koibito Doushide Surukoto Zenbu is that once you've finished it (and it's far too easy to finish in 2 days or so because it's goddamn addictive) you want moar, and to my knowledge there's no other eroges quite like it. Shame, really. Need more bakkapuru eroges like that.

and if you are not looking for adult games. Memories Off ~again~ is quite like that. It's a game where you start with your choice of heroine and live happily with her and ends with the two of you deciding to get married. There is little drama and no other girls, only one ending etc. But that's just a continuation of the previous game really.
