At least when I tried that with Towelket 3 (already TL'd and normally launched through EasyRPG) it crashed relatively early.

I still need to double check the original script, but item names and descriptions are all over the place, although those might be actual changes done to the game. In particular almost every nickname was Anglicized. Several actual names are just changed to fit the puns (Vendetto, Orca, Sal and a couple others I'm forgetting). which is almost a reasonable choice though.

The MMD Mogekos are the closest thing you'll get to 3d models in that style. There are models of the characters as well but they don't look like mogeko's art style at all.
