There aren't that many. Psycho Alice is just a more extreme version of the Lonely Alice, and a riff on how she's supposed to me the daughter of the Touhou version of Satan. A-A-Alice is also a variant of the Lonely Alice with the psychosis replaced with an exaggerated moeblob routine.

And Lonely Alice is borderline canon, as is Pimp Marisa. It started in that one Zun-endorsed doujin collection.
