So, does Ran have some limited capabilities in managing the border? Or is Gensokyo pretty much hosed if Yukari decides to sleep forever?

Huh, I was always under the impression that Yukari did most of the border work when she's awake, while Ran did most of the "servant" work most of the time. I always figured that Yukari would simply go "Oh well, It's not a problem yet" if something were to happen to the border while she were asleep. I figured Ran had some very minor self-taught border experience (she is a bit of a math whiz anyways) just incase shit went down during winter, so she wouldn't feel totally helpless.
