How do I learn Japanese? I passed N3 in the end of 2018 somehow but I can't read anything besides NHK Easy.
Anime I can understand from 10% to 70% depending on the show, but it's usually on the 10% side unless it's something like Dragon Ball or Hokuto no Ken.

How do I learn to speak Japanese fluently?
I can read stuff like manga and visual novels just fine with the aid of a dictionary, but I can't say anything more complex than "我がちんぽの痛みが淀んでいる。" unless I seriously think about it for a while.
I'm not interested in speaking with Japanese people. I just wanna be able to do it for the sake of bragging.

There is no magic trick to this. You just pick up stuff thats in Japanese and go through it every single day. And I know you don't do that and have probably never done that until now, or else you wouldn't be having so much trouble..
Engaging with the language every day is the only way that works. And it doesn't matter if you don't even manage to read a single page of a LN in a day at first, as long as you spend the time.

most light novels are super simplistic and full of dialogue. i can imagine a native speaker being able to read one in like an hour and a half. if you read a lot of english try seeing how long it takes you to read a translation of one if you can handle how terrible it will be, i imagine it wouldn't take more than 2 hours
