The artist didn't trace the picture directly. It's clear he used the pose as a reference, but he took a lot of liberties with it. The first thing I noticed is the perspective.
The artist drew Sakuya's upper body from a slightly different angle than that of the model's. Her ribs and breasts are being viewed from a different plane. This wouldn't be much of a problem, if the artist did the same things for the lower body, he didn't. The lower body is drawn exactly the same as that of the picture's, as a result it throws the entire picture out of whack.

There is an anatomical problem with sakuya though. Looking at the arch of her back and her waist.
Her waist is exactly the same as the picture, but her back is arched much more. Unless she's able to intensively control the contour of her back where she can over exert her backbone at the top area without having it affect her lower back and hips, then it's slightly out of proper perspective.

Then again, you'd have to wonder how powerful her underwear is if it's changing her butt's contour (in before too soft).

Now with this one there are just glaring problems with the eye line in the right eye, the ascot on the right shoulder... which seems to not exist, and the area where the thyroid cartilage should be. The way it's positioned makes the nape of the neck connect at slack jawed yokle angle.
