So I recently got into all of these Touhou remixes, but I only have this album. I was trying to find some albums that focus mainly on EoSD and PCB, as I've only played these 2. What would you guys recommend? Thanks /jp/

anything and everything by Crow'sClaw

What kind of music.

Demetori's Sinen is a masterpiece, and an example of remixes done all kinds of right. Other stuff is closer to the metal side, but if you like that sort of thing, the skill level is pretty consistent, at least. I've been told that Sensitive Heart's Scarlet Destiny is fantastic, but I can't find it anywhere for some reason. If you're into chiptune at all, ROCKGIRL is an extremely well done EoSD remix album. Sekken-ya is always relevant.

Other stuff mostly falls on personal taste. Play the rest of the games, too. All of them have some fantastic music.

I don't know about focusing on particular games since most doujin albums span many of the games. cool&create, SYNC.ART'S, Alice's Emotion, East new sound, and Scinicade are all good places to start.
If you want something lighter try TAMUSIC.

Sinen isn't even Demetori's best.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that. I really liked the electronica/rave? in the Iemitsu remixes, so I guess that genre would be preferred.

I recommend you play more than just those 2. That way, you won't be limited by what you want to listen to and will also be able to enjoy the rest of the games.
