PoFV has Eiki & Komachi, both which have bitching themes.

IN has Reach for the Moon, and the half of Lunatic Princess that isn't EIRIN EIRIN.

In all honesty, I never took to any of the boss themes in MoF. I mean, Nitori's theme grew on me, and Suwa Foughten Field is alright, but other than that I just didn't really like the boss much as much as in other games.
