I can confirm amazon ships overseas.

Yes, amazon.co.jp is fucking costly.

bk1 is much better. It's in Japanese, but there's a help guide floating around out there that should be relatively easy to find. It's a bit outdated, but I know there have been people who have still managed to use it to navigate the site successfully.
