In addition to that the macronutrient contents and volume of a female's breastmilk is relatively independent of her diet. By 24-7 I meant it would require breastfeeding a person somewhere between 24-27 times a day to secrete 3 litres of milk (at least that's what the triplet study experienced), some footnotes when citing numbers write the last digits that are changed (in this case instead of writing 104-109 some would write 104-9, and 104-115 as 104-15) so it became a habit of mine.

Should've clarified, 3 litres of breastmilk would have roughly 2500kcal worth of energy, enough for an adult male but if we're talking fairies they might have a lower daily caloric need. So breastfeeding sessions don't really have a fixed length and generally last till the breastfed child is 'full'. Studies I have on me don't discuss the actual length of the suckling but are rather more interested in 'breastfeeding episodes'. In this case 1 breastfeeding 'episode' is counted as the interval between the feeding of a child that is less than 30 minutes (so if Letty took a 10 minute break from breastfeeding before initiating it again it'd count as 1 breastfeeding episode, if she took an hour break it'd count as a second breastfeeding session). So I guess in that case, if we assume that of the 27 breastfeeding sessions, Letty takes a 10 minute break between each one, that'd be 270 minutes (5 hours) of pure breastfeeding, quite exhausting..

The most compelling evidence we have of breastmilk being 'self-regulating' is the correlation between the 'fullness' of the breast and subsequent milk production. What this means is that milk production is proportionate to the volume of milk consumed by the feedee, and not by the mother producing it. In that case, if, after a breastfeeding session there's still about 65% of the milk left, then it has been observed that subsequent breastfeeding sessions lead to lower volumes of milk produced to better accommodate the demands of the feedee (if memory serves me right one of the ways this is observed is by checking the fat content of the breastmilk, as the more empty the alveolus are, the higher the fat content). This is to maximize resource distribution and not waste it on producing milk that is not needed (since that shit burns calories).
This is why women who have twins tend to produce more milk than someone who has a single child. This is also why a pregnant woman may start overproducing milk, but then it starts to balance out as the child begins feeding on a certain amount.

Yes, basically if the interval between 2 breastfeedings is less than 30 minutes, it counts as 1 episode, so for e.g:
5 min suckle -> 10 min break -> 7 min suckle -> 10 min break -> 9 min suckle -> 15 min break -> 9 min suckle = 1 Breastfeeding episode
8 min suckle -> 10 min break -> 9 min suckle -> 20 min break -> 9 min suckle ->32 min break -> 10 min suckle = 2 Breastfeeding episodes

The nutrients come from various sources
Synthesis within the cell (inside the mammary gland (carbs, protein etc.), the main driving force is the lactocyte
Synthesised from glucose inside the mammary gland (fatty acids)
Transported from plasma cells inside the mammary gland to the milk via receptors (vitamins, minerals, carbs, protein etc)
But of course the lactocytes need to get a source for all of these nutrients in the first place to produce milk. Basically this is done by having blood capillaries (whose purpose is to transfer oxygen and other nutrients around the body) surround the alveoli (which is lined by the milk producing lactocytes). The various substrates (minerals etc) are then diffused from the blood into the membranes of the lactocytes. The lactocytes then synthesise these substrates to produce that precious milk. This then explains why mothers actually burn calories when breastfeeding, because they're basically using up what they already have in the body to produce milk to feed the young, and can actually lose weight.
Since Letty hibernates this just raises a ton of questions as to how many calories she burns while breastfeeding during hibernation. In which case you could have a point as to Letty 'fattening' herself up so as to not lose a critical amount of weight every time she breastfeeds while hibernating and keep reserves up. Since bears actually feed their cubs while hibernating, then I don't see why Letty shouldn't produce breastmilk while hibernating either. In that case yes, chubby Letty would be a thing if she expected to constantly breastfeed fairies while she was asleep. But then we'd have to assume that Letty doesn't go into 'total hibernation' much like a bear, where it's better described as a 'torpor'.
While the amount of macronutrients don't necessarily change, what kind of acids and other components which make up these nutrients are in fact affected by the feeder's diet. Best I can say is that the nutrients which are the most variable and dependant on the mother's diet are the fatty acids such as omega-3 and omega-6 and micronutrients like Vitamin A, B1, and D.

I have no idea honestly, guidelines when it comes to storing milk are very strict when it comes to keeping them at optimal levels, cause if the breastmilk is maintained at suboptimal levels, it can quickly lose a lot of its nutritional properties. Since this is a fantasy world we could say it ignores that aspect or Letty's milk has different 'optimal temperatures', in which case her milk could be colder.

Flavour of the breastmilk is - uniquely enough - determined by the diet of the mother. If a mother has eaten sweet stuff like fruit in the past 24 hours, her milk will taste sweeter. Some argue that the introduction of 'bitterness' in the breastmilk helps the infant adjust to more 'bitter' foods like vegetables later on in their childhood and widen their food preferences. But since Cirno isn't a baby it'd be wiser for Letty not to eat stuff like Garlic unless she wants it to taste weird to Cirno. Fairies don’t necessarily need to consume vegetables, do they? Plus, I imagine Letty as having a sweet tooth, so of course her milk will turn out very sweet for the ice fairy.

Yes, but they'd have to be maintained at optimal temperature levels.. It is recommended to keep breastmilk stored for a maximum of 3 months in the freezer, since once 90 days after the breastmilk has been secreted have passed, it's been observed that the macronutrient contents and calories begin to decrease. In addition to that, the milk starts to become more acidic. It's recommended to keep breastmilk for a maximum of 4 days in the refrigerator, and only 4 hours in room temperature. You can also buy frozen breastmilk from people online, but they charge a hefty price.

I can't think of anything that wouldn't allow you to do that, but it'd be best to use it as quickly as possible due to the deteriorating condition.
