88.8g of lactose = 355 calories (since 1g of a carbohydrate is normally 4 calories
15g of protein = 60 calories (also 1g=4kcal)
Combined with the calories from fat (918), we get a total of 1,333 calories, or more than half of the recommended calorie intake for an average adult male. I may have overestimated the fat content of breastmilk from start to finish, so might correct it later as a thread bump.
