Do you have any idea what you're going to do for your career?

I'm 20 yeard old (fuck I'm getting old), a few months away from graduating from business school (corportae finance), and has a part-time job working for the HR dept of the federal govt (with an option to be hired as a regular employee after gradeuation). Now, I've always wanted to move to Japan (I've been there a few times, from baby photos at Tokyo Disneyland to most recently 2 months ago for the winter holidays).

Should I (1) abandon my secure (you can never be fired unless under some rediculious circumstance, lol unions) steady, and if boring job and move to Japan for a few years? or do I (2) get hied as a resular employee and be an asshole to the office and take leave without pay right after so i can spend a shorter amount of time in Japan?

In any event, I am a guy, Asian (born in Taiwan, grew up here), 5"7, and 150lbs. Please advise.

Another Taiwanese/American anon, huh. Honestly, just do whatever you want. Even if you move to Japan for a few years and find out that you don't like it, it's not like the entire experience will be a waste. Better by far to explore all the available opportunities first, and then decide.

By the way, I'm learning Japanese as well; I don't have any relatives living in Japan though.
