Nanaya and Kouma are best buds, all of the nightmares hang out with each other, Nanaya is constantly getting naked for no reason and switching between being a deformed kid to his normal self, Warcueid is incredibly moe, Vermillion Akiha is picked on by Nanaya but wants to rape him, etc.

The Warcueid you fight in Re-Act arcade mode and beyond isn't controlled by Wallachia, but is like an errant nightmare made real because White Ren is fucking around with the remnants of TATARI. This Warcueid is a lie controlled by a very bemused replica of the Crimson Moon's intelligence awoken by the form.

The Warcueid that Wallachia becomes in the main story mode is theoretically as powerful as Arcueid if she became a Demon Lord, but he can only draw out at most a 1/3 of that power, because while he can realize a lie, he doesn't necessarily understand its full potential.

Wallachia couldn't control what he became, so he wasn't nearly as powerful.
