I, like the OP, sometimes struggle to find Japan musics. What.cd, my universal music resource, is quite unfortunately rather devoid of Japanese musics. I mostly go to tokyotosho.com and nyaatorrents.org for music but you can't always find seeds there. I'm not really tech-saavy so using something like share is really out of the question for me. If you're looking for jpop, you could try jpop suki which usually has seeds on popular stuff but the quality filters leave a lot to be desired; you find a lot of stuff encoded at 192 CBR which for me is just unacceptable.
