Where you need to go is Hawaii. Specifically, Oahu.

I lived in Oahu for three years when I was in high school. There are two things about Oahu that make it much better hunting grounds than Japan for Japanese women.

Where on the east coast, all the lazy shit in school who don't care about learning a second language default to Spanish class, students in Hawaii default to Japanese, because it will be more practical for them.
