If it was lore friendly, Reimu's expression is spot on.

She literally don't care, the incident thing she goes on about with Marisa is just an act to make her look normal.
She is in fact the creation of of her hosts dreaming while in coma.
Gensokyo is just her hosts world she dreamed up.
The moment she wakes up, Reimu the embodiment of the host literally ends the world.

TL;DR Reimu is an entity with a physical body that is the link between her subconscious and her real body.
