That is because Archer is just a copy of Heroic Spirit Emiya.

Remember what made Saber special was that she remembered the events as she was the real Arthuria and not a copy, Heroic Spirit Emiya is screwed because he already out of the time axis as even if Archer got Shirou killed nothing would have changed.

No, Archer is not a copy of EMIYA. He IS Emiya. Because he's a counter guardian and not a true heroic spirit he gets Records of each war he fights in. Except those records are not placed in any certian order. He has to find each record and read over them. They're not memories.

But, Archer has records of every version of the fifth he fought in. He is not a copy like Lancer or Rider or the others. He is Emiya, just like Saber is Arturia.

They are copies, none of their memories go back to the original because that is what the Grail does, it creates copies ... not summon the originals.
