The reason given was that payment processors in Japan are more lenient to what they have on but are more about but blockers and mosaics at least on the storefront. And in America, they get very weird and drop you if you have hypnotism and certain other games that are objectionable. But do not care about bit blockers. It's essentially a choose your poison deal. Multiple things. First they need to fix the payment processor issue which is pushing back stuff that already has a release date and on top of that they also have a backlog of stuff that has been ready for release for a while now. Add all that to them not wanting to release more than one big thing a month and we get a potential release window of near the end of the year to some time next year depending on if they bump it to the top or not.
