Okay /jp/, you were helpful last time so I'm going to ask you about something again :3

I've learned all the kanas, so i guess it's time to start learning the kanjis. I've heard a lot of good things about Remembering Kanji by James W. Heisig so I downloaded it and it looks pretty good, but it doesn't teaches how to say it in japanese. So should I look up the kunyomi and the onyomi for each word or what?

sry for the stupid question but i need to settle this down clear.

Why would you need to know the on'yomi for every kanji?

That's part two. Go through part one first!
Yes, it's retarded.

Learn them in context (in actual words) later. Heisig is only good for writing, recognition and meaning to a degree, but it's still pretty useful.

Learn all the keywords and stroke orders first, as explained in the introduction. Use a spaced repetition system and it won't take you long. After that you can learn the readings using book 2, or learn the readings as part of sentences using the http://www.alljapaneseallthetime.com method.

It doesn't really matter what method you use, as long as you do your SRS repetitions every day you are guaranteed to make progress.
