Who knows. Going strictly by remake definition it should have them. Mainly because Kohaku's story is much more rape-dependant then Sakura, and you don't have worms or vampirism to put the blame on instead.
Still, Type-Moon is going towards a non-ero route with their future games, so probably now that they have money and don't have to cather to eroge players they could troll their fans. Who knows.

I don't know about the obligatory mollusk H-scenes with the heroines, but there's no way they could turn Tsukihime into a non-ero game.
